Kai WalkerIf I could open up my window And see from Tampa Bay to Juneau Then I would survey all those open miles And line them up in single file "Blasted Moon." Muttered a boy under his breath as he walked, the coffee shoppe within sight. Why was he going to the coffee shoppe? He hardly drank coffee except for on horrid mornings. It was his sister, his ADHD sister who "Must have coffee now or I'll explode all over the wall paper!". This upset the boy, but alas he was now on his way to get her the drink she so greatly desired. The tall figure walked gracefully and steadily. The boy had a certain saunter, a certain air that demanded your attention the moment he entered the room. Of course, being the meek and humble boy he was, wasn't even aware of this presence he had. He thought he was pretty much unnoticed most of the time, at least when not among people his age, because he was quite popular with them. When he arrived at the door of Starbucks, he held the door open for a woman who came before him as a proper gentleman would, and she thanked him with a smile and a wink. He ignored the wink and just trailed into the near desolate store with one intention in mind, coffee and then going home. The aroma of those bitter beans filled his senses, and he breathed in deeper to continue in that wondrous scent. He loved the smell of coffee though he could never drink it black. It was hard enough to choke it down for school assignments and trying to stay awake during mornings where he had been up late the night before. Approaching the line which was two people long, including himself, he waited impatiently for his turn. The exact moment when the cashier uttered the word "next" he was at the counter ordering a "Vente mocha frappicino with a dash of caramel and extra whipped cream please." The cashier was pleasantly surprised with the way he said his words. He honestly didn't understand American's fascination with his accent, but he didn't think too much of it unless they commented. He was given his total, he payed and then was instructed to wait for his order to be called, this seemed to take ages for the anxious boy. But alas he stood and waited, tapping his foot for one simple drink which took a whole breath to name. Ooc: Haha. So yellow is Moon's colour for talking apparently.

Olive Lisa Evans. I SEE A DISTANT LIGHT, BUT GIRL THIS CAN'T BE RIGHT SUCH A SURREAL PLACE TO SEE SO HOW DID THIS COME TO BE ARRIVED TOO EARLY
` in character .Olive bit down on her lip piercing as she looked around the place. "Mhm, starbucks!" exclaimed the girl before pulling open the door. Yeah, she really didn't like coffee to much but right now she was in a huge coffee mood. She blinked looking up at the menu. What the hell was she going to order? Some old guy had walked in staring at her nose, she blinked. "Can I help you?"asked Olive. "I think you have a piece of metal lodged in your nose." Olive rolled her eyes walking away from the old man. Geez, they could be so rude. It was insane. She didn't get why tourist even came to Ocean Drive. Just to see a bunch of stars? That was insane to her, Ocean Drive was suppose to be so they would be left alone as stars but everyone bugged the crap out of them anyways, especially tourist she hated them the most.
The old tourist's daughter about the age of nine ran up to Olive, hugging her around the waist. "Oh my god! I love your voice Olive!" Olive blinked yet, she was use to it. She softly chuckled before running her fingers through her blond, and brown highlighted hair it was all straighten and perfect on her head as usually. "Thanks." She had mumbled to the girl. The little girl started to play with her necklaces, of gloomy bear, hello kitty, and a bat. "Oh pretty necklaces." Olive took a sigh, before staring at the little girl. When was she going to stop bugging her? Olive wasn't in the mood, and she was extremely tired. Her blond hair fell into her hazel eyes which was covered in black makeup. She sighed, softly almost falling asleep as the girl hugged her before she jumped. "Oh, I'm just a little dizzy." She commented, before falling to the ground passing out. The little girl screamed as it echoed the Starbucks. "She's dead, call 9-1-1."

Kai WalkerIf I could open up my window And see from Tampa Bay to Juneau Then I would survey all those open miles And line them up in single file Kai honestly didn't ever notice who lived in Ocean Drive and who didn't, they all were the same to him, unless he knew the person. Finally his drink was called and he picked it up at the counter, relived that he could finally leave this wretched place. Actually he loved it here, just not at the moment because he was made to go here to save his poor head from a good hour long ache. Moon got upset when she didn't get her coffee and that made him upset as well. Which was never good because if you've seen him when he's mad, you know that. Turning to head out the store of course he heard the shouting and he immediately approached the scene, suddenly filled with horror for the person on the ground. He set down the drink on a table that he was standing by and quickly got down on his knees and checked the girl's breathing. Then he retrieved his mobile from the front pocket of his jeans and dialed the emergency number frantically. Gosh why did he have to care so much about everyone and everything? He was born that way. "Does someone know CPR?" No, he didn't. He never learned that sort of thing, he studied music not human anatomy and bodies. ooc: Thank you dear! lolz. I'm a n00b.

Olive Lisa Evans. I SEE A DISTANT LIGHT, BUT GIRL THIS CAN'T BE RIGHT SUCH A SURREAL PLACE TO SEE SO HOW DID THIS COME TO BE ARRIVED TOO EARLY
` in character .The little girl blinked down at Olive before going over to the counter. "Do you have any cold water?"she asked, to the guy at the counter. "Yeah here,"he said giving her a cup fill of water before smiling. "That would be 1.50." The little girl flicked him off before dumping the water all over Olive. Before she screamed and got up from the floor. "Oh holy shit!" she screamed, shaking off her face of water. The little smiled before staring at Kai. "She fainted since she's claustrophobic, and I when to her concert and they had to pour cold water on her face. I know this since I'm her biggest fan!" screamed the little girl as she ran around in circles.
Olive blinked and the little girl before sighing and taking deep breathes. How in the hell, did that little girl know that type of crap? She sighed before looking at the little girl once more. "Thanks,"said Olive before patting the girl on the head. It's not liked she cared to much she would have woken up anyways, it's just that she got dizzy whenever someone was that close to her for a long period of time and would faint. It was one of her biggest fears other then thunder and lighting. She backed up from the people before grabbing her jacket from the chair where she dropped it earlier. No more, was she wanting anymore Starbucks she started to pull open the door placing her hoodie over her head as she brushed back a couple tears. Really? Why, did strange things always happen whenever she when out to face the world? She was scared, and frightened right now. Which she didn't quite understand her emotions were all over the place she had guessed but really Olive hated crying in front of people. Mostly strangers in that case.

Kai WalkerIf I could open up my window And see from Tampa Bay to Juneau Then I would survey all those open miles And line them up in single file "Oh gawd!" Kai piped in when the girl threw ice cold water on her. That could not have been pleasant, but hey she was up right? He jumped at the small child's shouting. His eyes widened because, well, children who acted that way just freaked him out some, which was something he considered to be completely normal. "Well uhm. Lucky you then? . . Maybe you ought to run along unless you want your idol here to die. Because that happens." He said, practically shooing the kid away. Quickly picking up his sister's drink again he pursued the girl calmly and curiously. Genuinely worried about her. He looked down at his feet as he spoke, it was unbelievable he was speaking, but he really hoped she was okay. "Uhm. Miss, are you alright?" Yes, he did always address girls even if they were his age as "miss" it was respectful and just the way he was brought up. With that accent of his it also made him seem a lot more charming to speak that way. Of course he didn't do this on purpose, in fact he would much rather have no accent, he wouldn't stick out so much.

` in character .Olive blinked hearing someone ask if she was alright. She brushed back a couple tears from her face, staring at the boy behind her hoping that she didn't look like she was crying. "I'm fine." She nodded her head before grabbing her iPod from her pocket of her jeans. She pressed play on a song which she had loved by Marilyn Manson, called The Nobodies which no one really liked him to much since he was well a make-up wearing sorta of guy.
Olive was ready to push up the door before it hit her hard, as a rock slamming against her brain waking it up. "Miss?"she quoted. Um, that was mostly a first never was she called Miss it must have scared her that a boy her age was actually being polite pft. It was so hard to find one single polite person in this world, she stood their waiting for him to be bitter and splash more water in her face or something yet nothing had happened just yet. She ran her fingers through her blond hair. "Olive." Simple. Right? So this kid didn't have to be a weirdo and call her miss, he would know her name.

Kai WalkerIf I could open up my window And see from Tampa Bay to Juneau Then I would survey all those open miles And line them up in single file "To be honest, you don't look as though you're fine." Kai said meekly, and in the nicest tone possible. He didn't mean it as an insult and he would never forgive himself if she took it as one. He had his eyes trained to hers at the moment, hoping that she would know he didn't mean it in a bad way. But he was never good at conveying emotions through his eyes, usually through his words. He tilted his head to the side slightly as he looked at her. She was acting so strange about being called miss. He called all girls miss unless they were married. "Well. You aren't married are you? I didn't see a ring so I figured you were a miss." He explained. But then he was even more pleased when she gave her name. With a charming smile he nodded. "I'm Kai. Charmed to meet you." Just the way he spoke set him apart from other people around here, especially the guys. Holding out a soft hand to her he expected a handshake. Though usually the girl would hold out her hand first, it had just become a habit for him.

` in character .This kid was extremely different, mostly she didn't get him. He wasn't trying to be sarcastic or a jerk like all those other boys at her school. Olive blinked, she was extremely confused what do say to him. "I don't want to talk about it." So, she decided to go with what was most simple on her mind the one where she really just told him what was on her mind which she did.
Olive stared down at her finger. Ah, she guessed not she wasn't married in the least bit. "Nope, not married and not planning on it anytime soon." The girl pushed open up the door, nah she didn't feel like shaking his hand. That was just way to polite for her and well it just weirded her out. Not that the boy was weird it's just he was different and way to polite probably since he was raised with his pinkie out. She snickered at the thought of the boy drinking tea with his pinkie out with his mother. She sighed, nah now she was just being mean. Olive was going to try to be a nice person to this boy since well he was the only sorta nice person she's seen in well . . . forever.

Kai WalkerIf I could open up my window And see from Tampa Bay to Juneau Then I would survey all those open miles And line them up in single file "Oh alright. I understand." said Kai with a nod as he followed her through the door. He wasn't a stalker, he just wanted to make friends. This girl made him feel awkward with the way she didn't shake his hand and found his mannerisms apparently strange. Moving here would be a lot harder than he thought, he stuck out like a sore thumb, and as if he didn't have social anxiety already just add this harsh girl to the problem. He nodded with a grin to her as she proved him correct in his calling her 'miss'. "Then I was right. I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable. But now that I know your name I promise I won't call you miss again." He was apologetic and almost as if he were asking for a second chance. His eyes moved only slightly from the girl, but they always ended up the same place. Aligned with hers. Eye contact was something he found vital to a conversation and a relationship of any sort. He waited for her answer rocking on his heels, on near bated breath.
